Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the Murlan mobile app and its current account-backed gameplay features.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Murlan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for the account you use to access the app. You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person or use unauthorized credentials.
3. License to Use the App
Murlan grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial gameplay, subject to these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, or attempt to manipulate gameplay systems unfairly
- reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app except where law permits
- interfere with backend services, authentication flows, or other players’ access
- use the app in a way that violates applicable law or platform rules
5. Progression, Coins, and Gems
In-app progression values such as coins, gems, level, XP, and match history are gameplay features only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a future version, they have no real-world cash value and are not redeemable for money.
6. Availability and Changes
Murlan is an actively evolving project. Features, visuals, authentication providers, progression systems, and backend behavior may change over time. The service may be unavailable temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
7. Suspension And Termination
Access to the app may be limited or terminated if misuse, abuse, or security issues are detected, or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the app at any time and may use the in-app delete-account flow where available.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, its code, game presentation, branding, and associated materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
9. Disclaimer
Murlan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murlan and its maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes are published means you accept the revised Terms.
